Description

On March 17, 1999, Chan Man-lok, Leung Shing-cho, and Loong Way-lun kidnapped 23-year old Fan Man-yee under the premise that she owed them thousands of dollars. Over the next month, the trio tortured Man-yee and left her to die alone. But they didn't stop there. After Man-yee passed away, they dismembered her and placed her head in a life-sized Hello Kitty mermaid doll. It wasn't until Ah Fong, a 14-year old bystander, was haunted with these events and reported Man-yee's death to the police. When police went to investigate, they weren't fully prepared for what they would discover inside a Hong Kong apartment.
