- 1571, Spain: Pete was a female dancer named Aledona Mess-Peralla. She lived in a town by a river and died at 56. Fun fact: Pete’s current mother was one of Aledona’s children.
- 1200s, Poland: Pete and Ferd were buddies back then, too! Ferd was a soldier in a "Balkan military affair," and Pete died in a mine explosion.
- The Australian "Hit": Seth identifies a relative in Australia with a connection to the letter "J" and a 1936 date. Pete confirms he has an Uncle John in Canberra.
- The Upside-Down Umbrella: Seth sees a symbol of an "upside-down umbrella"—maybe a coat of arms or a shop sign—that he can't quite place.
The Jesuit and the 3 AM Wake-up Call
Seth wraps up with some humor aimed at Bill (the Jesuit). Apparently, Jane had woken Bill and Peg up in the middle of the night recently, and Seth promises to return the favor.
