Eastern State Penitentiary was once the cream of the crop when it came to prisoner reform in the US. As time went on however, it began to slip from its original beliefs and devolved into some questionable practices. ESP was home to thousands of prisoners and was the site of quite a few escape attempts, which begs the question: are there still spirits here looking to break out of their cell blocks?
