Brigadier General (Ret.) Robert G. "Blend’r" Novotny is the Executive Director of F-15 Business Development at Boeing’s Air Dominance Division, leading global outreach and strengthening partnerships for the F-15 portfolio. A distinguished 28-year U.S. Air Force veteran, he logged over 3,000 flight hours—including 500 in combat—as a command pilot, instructor, and operational test pilot.

General Novotny commanded at every level, notably leading the 57th Wing at Nellis AFB, where he revitalized RED FLAG exercises, expanded the U.S. Air Force Weapons School, and oversaw the Thunderbirds' "America Strong" flyovers. He also commanded the 48th Fighter Wing at RAF Lakenheath and held key leadership roles in Afghanistan and Air Combat Command, where he helped shape the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) and Next Generation Air Dominance (NGAD) programs.

A distinguished graduate of multiple military institutions with four master’s degrees, his accolades include four Legions of Merit, the Bronze Star, and seven Air Medals. General Novotny continues to drive innovation and strategic leadership in global air combat and defense.
