Dr Lotte is a doctor of medicine who combines her medical practice with her integrative holistic approach. She comes from a family of doctors and was immersed in the environment of medicine and healing growing up, and learned early on the value of a holistic approach to health and well-being. She worked in the corporate world as a programmer and systems analyst. Later she studied nutrition; founded and ran her own e-commerce site and homeschooled her three children. And now she’s a podcaster too. Having been part of the business and corporate world, Kim is familiar with the stresses and demands of that lifestyle on the body. Her current focus is on family medicine, and she has a passion to help people heal from the inside out. She has training in Nutrition, Botanical Medicine, Homeopathy, and Acupuncture, as well as Minor Surgery. She treats a myriad of conditions and is familiar with many different conditions such as allergies, hormonal problems, thyroid conditions as well as digestive and auto-immune conditions to mention a few.
