Andrew shared his story about using his business The Cypher (a psychoeducational group which uses Hip-Hop to explore mental health challenges individuals face in their day to day lives and allow the individuals to process their identified problems within a safe therapeutic environment). Together they explored what is Hip-Hop, its deep roots in the black/ brown communities and the importance of being heard while making a therapeutic connection in order to heal.
