Julian speaks at length here about the anger we experience as humans, and how she sees no anger at all in her visions of the Godhead. She sees only mercy, grace, and love. Given this quandary, she wonders how mercy and forgiveness might overcome or overpower or have an affect on anger. And I wonder how we might apply this wisdom to our own practice.
