I don't know about you, but sometimes I feel a lot of pressure to look a certain way or maintain a certain lifestyle, and it can be pretty tough. We talk all about the mind, body, spirit connection in this podcast, so today we are chatting about finding physical healing. 2022 has been a challenging year to say the least, and with that has brought health issues to the forefront. The past few weeks I have been dedicated to finding a routine that works for me and have been feeling so much better.
