In 2023, Massachusetts published a 3rd major update to the 2009 original Stretch energy code. On today’s episode, Katie Raymond of Epsilon Associates and Joëlle Jahn of JB&B Deep Carbon Reduction fill us in on the stretch energy code and what it means for energy efficiency and energy use reduction in new residential and commercial buildings in the Commonwealth.
