Season 3 is finally here! (Although the other episodes might be far away) In this episode, I am joined by Joshua Wee, my fellow OCS instructor in NS. We discuss the ethics of military regimentation, particularly the use of stress and discouragement to promote growth and humility in cadets. We discuss the various benefits and disadvantages of such an approach, as well as ways that these methods can go too far.
