TJ is a Analytical Chemist and Professor at the University of North Florida where he researches how things assemble on the surfaces of technological devices to make computer chips faster and smaller.
He's truly passionate about his job as he's denied higher paying positions to stay where he's at however along the way he's had failures that have taught him some key lessons.
