Like many of you from ag communities, we were raised in small towns. I found myself stuck in negative stories about the fear of failing and having everyone find out about it.
This caused a ton of financial instability in my operation because of my unwillingness to do what was required. It was until my back was fully against the wall when I finally had to start making decisions. Unfortunately, that had massive consequences.
