Description

Death is something we all share… and yet rarely talk about.

In this solo episode, I open the door to honest conversation around death and dying - why we avoid it, what we lose when we do, and how facing it with curiosity can actually deepen the way we live. Drawing from my personal experiences and my work as a certified death doula, I reflect on what it means to sit with the unknown, hold space for grief, and talk about the inevitable without fear or urgency to “fix” it.

This episode sets the tone for a month dedicated to end-of-life conversations - real, compassionate, and deeply human.
