Ikenna has had a remarkable journey so far. He is a graduate of the Princes Trust get into scheme which led him to him starting his career at HSBC. Within his time at HSBC he grew as an individual and progressed to working in Digital, resulting in him now being Digital Operations Lead at Ford.
