Real Tip of the Day: You do YOU, BooBoo!

Grab a journal or your phone! At the end of the day for each week, note 3 things that brought you happiness and 3 things that didn’t bring you that warm and fuzzy feeling. At the end of 30 days realize what brings you all the joy and do more of that!

Lets make it EXTRA!

From your journal realizations, take something that feels more challenging for you to get through and try to perk it up with a badass outfit or accessory or something you really love and see if that little piece of confidence you added makes it that much better to get through.
