Real Tip of the Day: Reality Bites
Acknowledging that you can not change anyone else is key, you can only change you. Someone has to want to change to have change, it can not be forced. Coming to terms with the reality that you might actually have to lose a friendship or relationship to gain more positive relationships is a must. Think about who is in your circle and who you want to stay vs who you want to decrease energy exchange with.
Lets make it EXTRA! Who me? Couldn’t be!
Sometimes it takes two to tango! Take time to reflect on your creations on how you contribute to negatives situations. Does someone else energy rub off you on? Do their vibes spark something less than appealing in you? Be aware. Its hard to see your own faults
