We are so stoked to have Guest, Tyler Kaufman, repping Everfresh Yoga Studio in Havertown, Pa talk us through his views of Yoga, how he got started, what it was like looking for a space post pandemic, and what a good sport he was getting through our “on the spot” game we played! His zen vibes hopefully will rub off on you, but don’t be fooled his classes are FIRE! Hot Yoga, Yoga, breath work, meditation…whatever part of this journey you are interested in or want to continue exploring, we highly recommend Tyler and his squad of incredible and diverse teachers at Everfresh...it’ll change your world.

Real Tip of the Day: Fire It Up!
Try something new! Due to this episode we highly recommend trying your first yoga class if you haven’t already. If you have gotten into yoga, then we suggest trying something you have never tried before! Fire up your routine, fire up your comfort zone, fire up some creative juices that may be stagnant due to the day to day regiment. You will find how exhilarating it is to do something you have no limits or expectations on!
Lets make it EXTRA! Namast-hayyyy
Grab a buddy! That new and exciting thing you are trying out, do it with the buddy system! If you are a bit timid to get out there on your own, experiencing something with friend can make it that much more enjoyable and have you actually follow through with the plans! Grab a buddy, make a plan, and explore something NEW! Trust us, it’s worth it.
