On today's show we have a quick one. This was meant to be a training tidbit for a newly promoted officer, or someone in a float/cover or acting position. What would you do if you are in charge of an engine company and one of your interior firefighters goes missing? While we could expand on this for quite a while, I took five minutes for my Department's OCS class to explain how I would work through the problem. We used Department members to work through multiple fireground scenarios and explained how we would work through the problem; things to consider that you won't find in a General Order or policy. Let me know your thoughts.
