breakups are fucked but i think they create opportunities for us to learn more about ourselves and develop resilience if we choose to see them this way. in this episode i outline 12 different things i try to keep in mind when it comes to break-ups and any major transition periods in my life. i think the key is remembering that appreciating what’s “good”, requires experience of what’s “bad”. an incompatibility with a person or situation doesn’t determine your inherent value and what you can do to re-connect with yourself when you feel overwhelmed.
