This week, Bishop continues to discuss leadership and the history of the Jehovah’s Witnesses - Judge Rutherford took over the organization after Charles Russell died. The Jehovah’s Witnesses during this time began to distance themselves from their founder, Mr. Russell, because Judge Rutherford began to denounce him, as they began to find inconsistencies in the doctrine. There were multiple books written by Judge Rutherford that referenced teachings by Charles Russell. Why would you reference someone that you are denouncing? To defeat the enemy (an occult), you must take out the stronghold.
