3rd episode of Spoopy Season! Another public domain character in a horror movie. This time it's Popeye the Sailor Man and Olive Oyl. Popeye's Revenge is another ITN Distribution movie featuring much of the same cast as Fairest of Them All. Does that equal fun? Not really.
