Created as a way to honor first responders and other front line heroes of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Thank You Classic instantly became a major event in New Jersey high school sports, particularly high school baseball. The brainchild of Gloucester Catholic assistant Bill Gore - himself one of the most selfless people we've ever encountered on the face of the Earth - the baseball weekend will bring together close to 100 HS teams in 2022 with a sense of community that shows the best of what scholastic sports has to offer. Gore joins us on this awesome edition of the Jersey Baseball Show, to share with us what goes into such an incredible event and discuss his hopes for the future - and OF COURSE talk some South Jersey baseball. This is a special episode with a person whose idea deserves our full support moving forward!
