The only person in the illustrious baseball history of Rider University to participate in the NCAA Tournament as a player AND coach, Mike Petrowski has never been one to settle for anything less than first. So it's safe to assume the young pitching coach wasn't satisfied with just making the NCAA Tournament as MAAC champion back in June. Petrowski spent his summer as part of the inaugural MLB Draft League and shares with us what he learned from the experience and how it can help Rider push the bar forward in 2022. It was a busy summer for Petrowski, whose first child, Caden, was born in August. We'll find out if Caden is a lefty (good parenting), whether he's an Eagles fan like mom (let's hope) or a Cowboys fan like dad (please no), and learn more about Rider's preparation going into 2022 as the hunted, rather than the hunters.
