Released in 2004 this album is the sixth installment from the Prog Rock project Ayreon (created by Arjen Anthony Lucassen), The 20 track concept album plots the 20 days spent in a coma by the main character only known as "Me". After a horrific car accident "Me" is left stranded in his mind and forced to come face to face with his emotions and the demons of his past, as he struggles to find his way back to the waking world.
