On this weeks episode the boy are joined by Adam Brinker to discuss one of his favorite films, the 1967 French comedy Playtime. Written, directed, and starring Jacques Tati. Although it bankrupted him, this film is considered by many to be Tati's greatest masterpiece, and has frequently ranked among the 100 greatest films of all time. Set in a futuristic hyper-consumerist Paris, Playtime features subtle physical comedy, dialogue that is reduced to mere background noise, and anxiety inducing scenes that overload all your senses. It is truly a one of a kind work of art.
