Welcome to day 12 of 40 days of Inner healing - ATTACHMENT STYLES

Attachment styles are patterns of emotional bonding that individuals develop in relationships, shaped largely by early interactions with caregivers. These styles influence how people relate to others, their emotional responses in relationships.

Attachment theory was developed by John Bowlby and later expanded by Mary Ainsworth. Bowlby emphasized the importance of the relationship between a child and their primary caregiver, while Ainsworth identified different attachment styles through her "Strange Situation" study.
