We all have different motives for going out of our way to do things for others. For some people this drive to take care of everyone around you can be overwhelming, all consuming, and even unhealthy. In this episode I make a first attempt to talk about healthy self stewardship, allowing you to show up for others with respect and responsibility in mind. Enjoy!
