This week, Steve chats to Dr Carey McClellan, founder of getUbetter, the evidence based digital self-management platform for all common musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. Dr Carey McClellan is the founder and clinical director at getUBetter. getUBetter is an evidence-based, CE marked, digital self-management platform for all common musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries and conditions.
Each element is configured to the local care pathway, integrated into the health system and then provided to patients. Carey is an advanced Physiotherapy practitioner in Emergency Care (physiotherapist), a visiting research fellow at the University of the West of England and has a PhD in health economics. Carey is passionate about combining these skills to transform the way clinicians and health systems deliver MSK self-management to their population.
