About Ashley Fitz[removed] Ashley Fitz has always been laser-focused, believing if she could dream it, she could be it. She was just 11 years old when she informed her parents of her plan to leave their small hometown in Western Kentucky and attend Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. To no one’s surprise, Ashley made good on her bold prediction, graduating from Vanderbilt in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies and business administration.[removed] [removed] In the 20+ years, Ashley has called the Nashville area home, she has worked in banking and in her family’s engineering and materials handling business where she led administration efforts to streamline business operations. However, after becoming a mom, she not only realized that she could go back to work, but that she could go back to work in an entirely different field.
