Daily Devo | Getting Back Up Again (John 18:15-27)
Jesus predicted Judas' betrayal and he also predicted Peter's as well. One of the biggest differences was that Peter wanted to be restored while Judas ran and took matters into his own hands. We will all fall. The question is whether we will trust that Jesus is ready to restore us. Yes, we all fall, but will we trust Jesus enough to get back up again?

Despite his earlier promise, Peter failed Jesus.
- Picture Jesus inside, being questioned by the authorities while Peter is outside, being questioned by the servants. Have you ever felt like Peter? Too fearful to stand with Jesus? What was that scene like in your life?
- Jesus predicted that all the disciples would abandon him, but he told them so they wouldn't be shocked but have peace (John 16:32-33). How do you imagine Jesus responding to you and your sins, betrayals, and failures?
