Description

Hey guys! In todays episode I chat with the wonderful Mitchell Villani

There is soooo much value in this episode and I am so freaking excited to bring it to you.

Mitch was an elite athlete and travelled the world playing the sport he loved. One day everything changed when he had a horrible injury on the ice which (eventually) an MRI confirmed C5, 6 and 7 protrusions in his neck. This left him in chronic nerve pain for years, unable to get relief.

With Doctors only offering a choice between a surgery that had a 1 in 4 chance of him becoming a paraplegic or a cocktail of prescription drugs the constant pain lead him down a path of drug abuse, trauma, depression, suicidal thoughts,

Listen in to hear about how he went on to heal his pain by 'living differently'. We talk about his experiences with water fasting, detoxification and the small things we can do in our every day to better take care of ourselves.

Also don't miss the story of how he 'lobstered' himself in the bath towards the end of the ep! There is SO SO much in this ep and so much that you can take away and learn from Mitch. Don't miss this one!
