Description

Oh my god guys, Welcome to the episode where I met my new BFF lol.

You can feel the energy in this episode from the very start!

Let me introduce to you the wonderful Jess Gray, Jess is the owner and mastermind behind 'Be the light'

What is 'Be the light' you ask... It’s all about spreading more love & kindness in this big wide world. Be the Light was inspired by a previous project called “ Light Up the World”. It all began after Jess's first trip to Africa several years ago, where the locals actually lit up her heart & filled her with gratitude. The people here don't get to choose what situation they were born into, yet their smiles were so genuine.

Listen in to hear what Jess did next and how that lead her to where she is now, running Be the light full time with a beautiful studio in Port Adelaide.

This plant in a light bulb has been created to allow others to spread more light into this world & bring more awareness to gratitude & what a simple act of kindness can have on one. Everyone needs a little light in their world. Jess' mission is to spread this far & wide.‍

This episode is a little different to my usual ones but let me tell you it is definitely a FEEL GOOD EP and you can feel the energy oozing out of it! I was running off of a high for HOURS after recording!

Every Be The Light Bulb Purchased, $1 contributes to the SA Breakthrough Foundation who tackle mental health head on.
