Five years ago, she could barely get out of bed. Her stomach was in constant knots; she felt sick at the thought of going to work, and felt fearful at the mere thought of her future. After being introduced to Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) she learned how to retrain her brain from destructive thoughts and erase her old obsessive-compulsive negative thought patterns. Having studied NLP myself, I can vouch for how powerful these methods are and how quickly they can help turn your life around.
The energy in this episode is beautiful, I got very energised and re-inspired and had an ah-ha moment in realising how much NLP had had a positive effect on my life over the last few years.
