In this episode I speak about the Thanksgiving Holiday in the US and bring awareness to the history of this celebration in a way that opens our eyes AND, more importantly, brings us to our heart space so we can create unity, through our words and our actions.
It is my sincere belief that we cannot create a better human experience or a better world if we continue to hold judgment and resentment over the past. If instead of judging what we do not understand, we approached life with an open heart and a curious mind, open to learning & expanding we would embody the frequencies of love, unity, peace and harmony we all yearn for.
Happy Thanksgiving! Blessings to the land we walk upon, to the ancestors that came before us, to our families & loved ones, to ourselves & to the Earth - Pachamama - all her creatures and the Divine.
