Patrick Sheehan is a Republican politician and business owner. I saved this show for the first day of President Trump's term because it is a civil, funny, and interesting talk between two friends of very different political beliefs. I did this to show it can be done, and I will continue to host people I disagree with and am fond of, because both can happen at the same time. My hope is that this conversation, and others like it, become more the norm. As we are changing the stigma surrounding mental health, so perhaps we can change the way we talk to each other politically. In this show I made a mistaken claim about immigration based on a Nancy Pelosi interview with the NY Times. I point this out (1) to correct the record and (2) to highlight how well and graciously Pat handled my error.
