Description

Addressing emotional health is a vital part of cancer care! The Norton Cancer Institute Comprehensive Support Care includes our Behavioral Oncology Program that comprises psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical social workers and expressive art therapists. Our larger cancer support team includes nurse navigators, nutritionists, massage therapists and additional support offerings (e.g., education, wigs and more). Today we are hearing from Brian Schreck, MA, MT-BC, Renato V. LaRocca, MD, FACP, Elizabeth Archer Nanda, DNP, PMHCNS-BC, and our very special guest Joy Parsley about the Norton Cancer Institute Behavioral Oncology Legacy Lab. We are grateful for her willingness to share her experiences with our listeners! We know this work is not easy for our patients and their families but we invite you to take some time in the Legacy Lab to celebrate your life because you are amazing!
