God's will be done; or my will be done?
Our modern American society places a high value on freedom, independence, and self-determination. And many churches in the US love verses like: "He who the Son sets free is free indeed" (John 8:36). But if Christ came to set us free, why did the apostles who wrote the New Testament call themselves slaves of Christ?
