Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord!
Throughout Jesus's ministry on earth, He repeatedly told people to keep His identity a secret after healings or other miracles. Until that day when He rode into Jerusalem on a donkey, fulfilling prophecy and declaring Himself Israel's coming King--even if He wasn't the King they were expecting.
This week we take a break from our study through Genesis to celebrate Palm Sunday and study the Biblical account of what we know today as the Triumphal Entry of Jesus into Jerusalem. We'll compare and contrast how our Heavenly King is different from every other king who has ruled on earth and examine our own hearts to see how freely we worship our King.
