Description

Son of a nutcracker, it’s Christmas time! The best time of the year, as far as we’re concerned. We love a good Christmas treat and we love nutritious foods and drinks. Tune in to hear how we balance both during the holidays!

- Peppermint Creamer:

1 ½ c milk of choice

1 ½ c half & half (I used Ripple Pea Protein half & half)

1 Tbs sugar/sweetener of choice

1 tsp peppermint extract

1 tsp vanilla extract

If using granulated sugar, stir sugar into milk on the stovetop at low heat until sugar is dissolved. Then stir in half & half, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract. Enjoy frequently!!

- Hot Chocolate:

1 c milk of choice (cashew or pea protein milk works well!)

1 Tbs cocoa powder

½ Tbs sweetener of choice (my favorite is maple syrup or brown sugar)
