Carrie Vu shares that her parents escaped Vietnam and how they met in a refugee camp in the Philippines. Carrie’ s parents eventually were able to settle in Jersey City where she was raised. She takes us on her journey to change career paths and take the risk to pursue acting. Following her passion led her to booking her first tv role on Orange Is the New Black. She recently had a reoccurring role as April on Netlfix’s series Partner Track.
