This year, I chose EMBODIMENT.
I talk about why I chose this word and the importance it means to me.
This season of my life I have had to grant myself a lot of grace on my nonlinear healing journey.
There has been duality between my head and my heart that I am facing.
The impact of avoiding myself, my feelings, and what I need.
Calling in an unwavering belief in myself.
Allowing myself to rest without guilt and shame attached. The feelings this brings up and how important unwiring this shame has been for me in this season.
