Local drug lord Rodney Little (Delroy Lindo) runs his tiny empire like clockwork - but one of his loyal lieutenants, Strike (Mekhi Phifer) gets cold feet over a killing he must act out. After the homicide detectives intervene and pin the crime on Strike’s brother Victor (Isaiah Washington), it’s only a matter of time until the cops (Harvey Keitel and John Turturro) discover the truth behind the cold-blooded murder.
