We start of with the bizarre story of the 1518 dancing plague that claimed the lives of over 400 residents of the town of Strasbourg, France. We look at everything involved in this pandemic level event in history, from Frau Troffer, aka patient zero, to the crazy quarantine protocols and prevention methods of the Strasbourg town council.
We then switch gears to look at an infamous "Purple Aki". a character that is known and feared throughout the streets of Liverpool as a myth. He is revered as a "boogeyman" character. Residents would warn there children to behave or "Purple Aki would get you and touch your muscles." This is the story of the creepy character that is Purple Aki and the events that led him to be free and still walking the streets of England to this day.
