We should redistrict after each presidential election with AI drawing the lines. The AI would be specifically instructed to draw them as geographically coherent as possible and in such a way that each party would be proportionally represented based on how that state voted in the election (so in a state that voted 80% Republican, the districts would be redrawn so that 80% of the districts would be Republican)
