A troupe of bozos—deft at pratfalls;
Who know their way ‘round inside tiny autos
And feel at home in confined, crowded quarters.
Who’re guised in lit-red noses, too big shoeses
Spinning boutonnieres—sporting pails full
Of shredded paper waters.

To pat them down, finger through their index of pranks & antics;
Because one of those clowns might well be packing
A vertically broad-striped big top
Jumbled in with his gaffes and trappings.
