Released in 2016, this claustrophobic thriller was a sheer roller coaster of suspense and mystery. Questioning throughout whether John Goodman’s Howard (who is outstanding) is telling the truth, with his theories about the outside being uninhabitable, or whether he has a sinister motive for Mary Elizabeth Winstead’s Michelle (also, absolutely fantastic) who is being kept against her will within his bunker.
