Directed by Ben Affleck and starring Matt Damon, ‘Air’ brings the story of how Nike managed to create the iconic Air Jordan trainer for the, then rookie, Michael Jordan – and the rest they say is history!
I have to say that the script and performances are absolutely excellent – there’s no filler, no fat, and you’re hanging off every sequence. Given the films simple premise, this film is a perfect example that you don’t need huge explosions or CGI, and that if you have a great story and great actors giving excellent performances, the film is going to be a success.
