Whenever an individual successfully completes their education or training, there is great joy and fulfillment. These joys mostly arise from the fact that a chapter of toiling and travail have come to an end: the sleepless nights, various forms of exams, fear and pressure of expectation, etc. However, there is also a fulfillment that is birth out of the anticipation of entering the workforce or actually having the opportunity to apply all the years of training. Unfortunately, this phase of excitement sometimes leads many to ignore the efforts they must make in other to ensure a satisfying work life.

I have seen the joy, passion and drive of many stymied out of them by the very jobs they sacrificed so much to get/perform. This week, we dive into some of the reasons behind such observations and attempt to bring healing through our discussion on the topic - Outward Smiles, Inward Screams.
