Anger is one of the most destructive (and yet still normal) human emotions. Anger keeps us from executing at our optimal capacity and it creates a certain lens around circumstances. This leaves us incapable of influencing or connecting with others. There are rules to anger and when you know what they are, you can redirect and create a different experience.

In this week's Performance Tune-Up, I break down the thought strategies anger employs, and give you tips on how to redirect the mind to diminish it.
