Feeling lonely is a perfectly human and okay emotion. There were times in my early career where I felt incredibly lonely. The challenge with loneliness is when we allow the emotion and corresponding thoughts to loop and don't know how to get out of it. There are rules to loneliness and when you know what they are, you can redirect and create a different experience.

In this week's Performance Tune-Up, I break down the thought strategies loneliness employs, and give you tips on how to redirect the mind to diminish it.
